Drawing inspiration from the fast-paced and humorous escapade of Mr. Fogg and Passepartout in Jules Verne’s popular action novel, the Montblanc Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days LeGrand fountain pen made from deep blue precious resin is an adventure in itself. The ship the characters boarded is lasered on the cap, surrounded by waves of the Mediterranean Sea and the Suez Canal. The platinum-plated clip features the ace of spades, representing Whist, a game Mr. Fogg enjoyed playing. The band near the cap finial bears “80,” symbolizing the length of the entire journey, and the handcrafted nib is made from 14-karat gold and features a hot air balloon. 

We have for sale a pre-owned Montblanc Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days LeGrand fountain pen in blue with an F nib and a ruthenium-coated clip. The bottom part of the barrel is slightly faded. It comes complete with its box, papers, and other inclusions.
