1. We accept fountain pens, accessories, and related items that meet our quality standards. 2. All items must be authentic. Counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions will not be accepted.

1. Evaluation: Submit your item(s) for evaluation either in person or via detailed photos and descriptions sent to themanilapenography@gmail.com. 2. Agreement: Once accepted, we will provide a consignment agreement outlining the terms, including pricing and commission. 3. Listing and Sale: The item will be listed on our platforms or displayed in-store until sold or until the consignment period expires.

1. Pricing will be determined collaboratively based on the condition, market value, and demand for the item. We aim to never price above market value. 2. The Manila Penography will take either a 15% commission on the final sale price or if the consignor's asking price is below market value, we will add onto the asking price the commission, whichever is higher. 3. Any applicable taxes or fees will be deducted from the seller’s proceeds.

1. The standard consignment period is 30 days 2. If the item does not sell within the agreed period, the consignor may choose to:  a. Renew the consignment period.  b. Retrieve the item.  c. Authorize a price reduction to facilitate a sale.

Payments to consignors will be processed within 7 days after the sale.

1. We will promote the item(s) on our website, social media platforms, and in-store displays. 2. All items will be stored securely and handled with care.

1. The consignor warrants that they are the legal owner of the item(s) and have the right to sell them. 2. The consignor agrees to provide accurate information about the item’s condition, origin, and history.

1. Unsold items must be collected within 30 days after the consignment period expires. 2. Items not retrieved within the specified period may be subject to storage fees.

1. Either party may terminate the consignment agreement with prior notice. 2. If terminated before the item sells, the consignor must retrieve the item within 30 days of termination.

1. While we take every precaution to protect consigned items, The Manila Penography is not responsible for losses or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., theft, natural disasters). 2. Items are consigned at the owner’s risk, and insurance is recommended for high-value items.
