Not all of our products are brand new. Conditions of the items are found on the caption of each post made. Foreowned products posted undergo refurbishing which includes polishing, nib tuning, and regreasing (if applicable).

You may return our products within 1 week if you are not satisfied. Brand new pens shall not have been inked, and delivery fees would be cared for by the client.

We have a 1 month warranty policy for defective products that may have been overlooked during quality control checks. We will not be liable for issues arising from the misuse or accidental damages caused by the buyer.

For clients within NCR you may opt for a scheduled meetup or same-day delivery through our delivery rider. (Same day delivery cut off is at 2pm Monday to Friday) For clients outside NCR we ship via LBC’s delivery service.
