These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from The Manila Penography, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Product Descriptions
We take great care to ensure our product descriptions are accurate. However, as many of our pens are pre-owned, they may show minor signs of wear. Each item is sold "as is" and described to the best of our ability.

3. Quality Control
All pens undergo a stringent quality control process involving four levels of inspection to ensure authenticity, functionality, and condition before listing.

4. Payment
We accept multiple payment methods as listed at checkout. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. Layaway option is available by messaging us on our social media accounts on Facebook or Instagram.

5. Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping in the Philippines and selected international destinations. Shipping fees and elevant insurance costs shall be paid by the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted for pens with damages that were overlooked during our inspection process. Buyer-caused damages are not eligible for returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

7. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Manila Penography is not liable for damages arising from misuse of our products or third-party handling during shipping.
