“Shuin” are purple clouds that are considered good fortune and are tied to Buddhism. It’s said that these herald a divine presence and symbolize spiritual awakening. It’s also noted that Amida Buddha stands upon them to welcome the spirits of those who have passed to the Pure Land.
These mystical clouds, seen against Mount Fuji, are the inspiration behind the Platinum 3776 Century Shuin, the fourth fountain pen in the Fuji Seasonal Series. It features a faceted, precision lens cut body that offers a beautiful play of light and shadow at every angle. It features rhodium-plated trims and carries a 14-karat, rhodium-plated gold nib.
We have for sale a pre-owned Platinum 3776 Century Shuin with an F nib. It comes complete with its box, papers, and other inclusions.
