White pens are undeniably beautiful but can require a bit more care, especially if you’re one who likes experimenting with inks. The effort is worth it, though, especially with a Pelikan M605 White Stripe.

What we love about this 2017 release is how elegant it is, despite having an unostentatious design. The stripes that go down the barrel have a slight shimmer, and as a lot of MXXX pens have lost their ink window, we very much appreciate how the barrel is transparent between each stripe, giving another dimension to the pen’s design depending on what ink you put in. Of course, as it is made with white resin that can easily be stained, it’s important to do more than just routine maintenance and to be sure to deal with leaks and spills right away.

For sale today is a pre-owned Pelikan M605 White Stripe with a EF nib. It has been well used with a few scratches all over the pen and an ink stain around its piston. We’re offering only the pen, no box.
