Only 9000 Montblanc Tolstoy Fountain pens exist in the world. 

One of the most celebrated literary greats of the 19th century is Leo Tolstoy, a Russian writer whose works “War and Peace” and “Anna Karenina” made him a master of realistic fiction. Full of meticulous detail and nuanced observations, his stories are deeply relatable, allowing readers to live vicariously through his characters.

Montblanc honored this literary giant with the release of the Montblanc Writers Edition Leo Tolstoy in 2015. The pen takes on the design of his beloved estate Yasnaya Polyana, from its silhouette that takes after its entrance pillars, to the blue-gray resin cap that comes from his home office. The nib is engraved with Leo Tolstoy’s family crest.

We have for sale a new old stock Montblanc Writers Edition Leo Tolstoy fountain pen with an F nib. It comes with its book-like box and papers, but no outer box. The pen itself came from a three-piece set, but the fountain pen was never used and is in NOS condition.
