Citrine is a semi-precious stone with a yellow tinge. Its name comes from the latin word “citrus”, which previously pertains to the citron tree. A variety of quartz, this stone is hard to find and were used by ancient Egyptians for their talismans as well as by Queen Victoria for her brooches.
A natural, paramount-cut citrine sits on the clip of the Montblanc Bohème Solitaire Gold-Plated Citrine (Carré). As it is a Solitaire pen, it’s made of precious metals: a stainless steel, gold-plated body with square guilloche installed with a two-tone, 18-karat gold retractable nib. The whole pen looks and feels luxurious, and is a definite conversation starter.
We have for sale a pre-owned Montblanc Bohème Solitaire Gold-Plated Citrine fountain pen with a B nib. We’re offering only the pen, no box or papers.
