The Paso Doble is a dance with French roots, but is more commonly tied to Spain, being inspired by the country’s bullfighting tradition. It’s spirited and dramatic, and while it varies in rhythm, most techniques are characterized with fast beats.
The Paso Doble is the inspiration for the Montblanc Bohème Pasa Doble Rouge (2009). It features precious white metals with a barrel laser-engraved with a pattern seemingly inspired by the voluminous flounced skirt and the rose worn by the female partner. It has platinum-plated section and trims, and a synthetic, paramount-cut ruby on its clip. It carries an 18-karat, rhodium-plated retractable nib.
We have for sale a pre-owned Montblanc Bohème Pasa Doble Rouge (2009) with an M nib. It comes complete with a replacement box, papers, and other inserts.
Length capped: 11 cm.
Length uncapped (nib included): 13.5 cm.
