The Origin collection is a homage to old silhouettes and designs that made Montblanc the brand that it is today. Inspired by the first Meisterstück releases, the Montblanc 146 Origin Solitaire Doue fountain pen features a deep blue precious resin body with a platinum-plated piston knob. Its cap has the same resin base encased in an intricate art deco pattern, also coated in platinum, with the original Montblanc logo engraved on one side. The clip features a curved shape seen in older Montblanc pens, while the cap ring has the years “1924” and “2024” etched. It carries a rhodium-plated gold nib that displays “100” as a celebration of the line’s centennial milestone.
