Montblanc 146 Legrand Burgundy (Old style 14k nib)
₱38,500.00

Burgundy (or “Bordeaux”) is considered a rare color in Montblanc pens. The name of this deep, red shade originated in England in the 1800s, inspired by the famous red wines from France’s Burgundy region that were then being imported. The popularity of the color trickled into Montblanc’s design: many 14x pens carried it until sometime in the late 2000s when the color was discontinued. This made the demand for older pens produced in burgundy resin rise.

We have for sale a new-old-stock Montblanc 146 LeGrand Burgundy fountain pen with a juicy, old-style 14-karat gold B nib. It comes complete with its box, papers, and other inserts.

Length capped: 14.2 cm.
Length uncapped: 12.6 cm.
