Released in 2000, the Waterman Lady Agathe is an interesting pen in that it comes in a cylindrical-shaped carrying tube with holes to hang a chain from, should you choose. The point is to be able to carry it in or from one’s purse without having to worry about scratching the barrel—but let’s be honest, we still wouldn’t want to damage the case.
The pen itself reflects the same mix of reds and blues of the tube, only slimmer. It doesn’t have a clip (it wouldn’t make sense to have one), which gives it a sleek and elegant silhouette. Beneath the cap is an 18-karat gold nib.
We have for sale a pre-owned Waterman Lady Agathe with an EF nib. This cartridge/converter pen has very minimal micro scratches with a few cracks and some feedback on the nib. We’re offering only the pen and its carrying case.
