Suma Rikyu Koen is a large park in Kobe, Japan. Inspired by Versailles, it features more than 100 tree varieties, 40 iris varieties, and a mix of camellias, hydrangeas, and peonies. The roses, however, steal the show, as the park’s Royal Rose Garden has around 4,000 rose bushes of 300 varieties that truly come to life in spring and autumn.
Inspired by the color of roses in the Suma Rikyu Koen, Sailor worked with the Nagasawa Stationery Center to release the Sailor x Nagasawa Pro Gear Slim Suma Rikyu Rose, featuring a bright pink hue highlighted by soft sparkles. The pen comes with gold trims and an 18-karat gold nib etched with a rooster weathervane.
We have for sale a brand new Sailor x Nagasawa Pro Gear Slim Suma Rikyu Rose fountain pen with an HF (hard-fine) nib. It comes complete with its box, papers, and other inclusions.
