In Chinese mythology, there are four auspicious beasts representing each cardinal direction. The west is personified by the white tiger Baihu, who is the deity of justice and morality, and the embodiment of strength and courage.
Baihu is featured on the Asia limited-edition Pelikan M924 Four Gods White Tiger fountain pen. On its barrel, the revered deity has been hand-carved onto solid silver and overlain with 24K gold—a beautiful contrast against its pearl-white piston knob, section, and cap. It carries a two-tone 18C-750 nib.
As the number 8 is considered lucky in Chinese culture, and “triple 8s” mean “triple fortune”, only 888 units of this very rare pen have ever been released, and as luck would have it, we have one for sale today.
We’re offering a pre-owned Pelikan 924 Four Gods White Tiger fountain pen with an M nib. It’s in near mint condition with factory black swirls on the section. It comes complete with its boxes, papers, and inserts, although the outer box has a tear on the bottom-left corner.
