Did you know that the Pelikan M600 had the size of the current M400 in the 1980s? It’s only in 1997 that the M600 we know and love came to be, and it became the midway between the now entry-level pens M200 and M400, and the high-end M800 and M1000.
But like the stereotypical middle child, the M600 doesn’t often get its time of day as there are many who would push a potential buyer to go for an M800 instead. This is probably why it was given some of the nicest tortoiseshell designs—a bit for a boost for a line that some opt to skip.
We have for sale one of our favorite colorways on the M600: the White Tortoiseshell. A happy combination of a honey-green resin barrel and an off-white cap, section, and piston mechanism, it’s a pen that will definitely catch your eye. We also like that the barrel is slightly translucent for a quick look at its ink level.
This Pelikan M600 White Tortoiseshell carries an M 14C-585 gold nib. It’s pre-owned and in good working condition, with very minimal micro scratches. We’re offering only the pen, no box or papers.
