Did you know that older striated Pelikan pens are translucent between stripes? This was a great way to check your ink reservoir, considering that the brand has moved away from creating ink windows. Later models lost this feature, which is why older Pelikans are sought after by collectors. 

We have an older, pre-owned Pelikan M1000 Green Stripe with an 18C-750 gold nib (M) for sale. It has a translucent striped barrel and minimal signs of use. We’re offering only the pen, no box or papers.
