As the Duofold is arguably the model that made Parker into the great brand that it is, it was what was recreated to celebrate its 100th anniversary. The Parker Duofold Centennial was launched in 1988, and had a similar silhouette to the Duofold pens of the 1920s. It had several iterations, including the Duofold Centennial MKII (or Mark II), which was introduced in 1996. Compared to the MKI, the MKII has more tapered ends and has gold cap rings that are of the same size, in contrast to the MKI’s uneven cap rings.
We have for sale a pre-owned Parker Duofold Centennial MKII with a two-tone 18K gold nib (F) that features the brand’s arrow-and-scroll logo. It has minimal signs of use (it was polished by us) and comes with its complete set that includes its box, papers, and a converter.
