The Visconti RMS Titanic Limited Edition commemorates the historic ship that met a tragic fate on its maiden voyage. A fairly large pen, it features a blue celluloid body with splashes of copper-brown, almost giving it a rusty look. The clip itself is full of symbolism: it features the Visconti “V” with a bird’s-eye view of a ship’s silhouette in the middle, and at the end is a round, frosted gem that represents an iceberg. It is a unique — if not macabre — retelling of the doomed vessel’s story. 

On one side of the barrel is a blind debossing of “RMS Titanic Visconti Firenze Ltd. 1912” and the flag of the White Star Line that owned the Titanic.  The pen carries a two-tone, 18-karat gold Broad nib and has the patented double-reservoir power filler. Only 1912 units were made, as 1912 was the year of the ship’s first and last voyage.
