Platinum 3776 Century Kasumi

“Kasumi’ means “mist” in Japanese (which is why—fun fact—the female lead character in the anime series “Pokémon” is named “Misty” in the English version). In creating the Platinum Century 3776 Kasumi, artisans were inspired by the mist-covered forests at the foot of Mount Fuji. They used kasumi-mon (mist pattern) on the transparent resin barrel, replicating a design usually seen in historic scrolls and folding screens. This is complemented by a translucent dark green cap, representing a hazy vision of greenery. The pen is part of the 2023 Fuji Unkei series that depicts Mount Fuji against different clouds.
