Most fountain pen aficionados know that the Pilot Myu is considered rare as it’s been long discontinued. So it really comes as no surprise that when the limited edition Pilot Myu M90 was released in 2008, it sold out like hotcakes.
The M90 was released in celebration of the brand’s 90th anniversary and was considered to be the spiritual successor of the Myu 701. This limited-edition pen retains the popular design of the 1970s Myu with its integrated steel nib, but is slightly bigger and uses a different posting mechanism. The cap’s finial features a blue translucent stone.
The Pilot Myu M90 is a rare pen that only continues to increase in value. We have a complete set for sale today, with a pre-owned pen (H1008 serial) with an M nib and its box and papers. The pen is in good condition with very minimal micro scratches.
