The Pilot Capless SE (also known internationally as the Pilot Capless or Pilot Vanishing Point) is part of Pilot’s long-running retractable fountain pen system, introduced in 1963 and continuously refined into its modern form. It features a push-button mechanism that allows the 18k gold nib to extend and retract smoothly into the barrel, removing the need for a cap while maintaining full fountain pen performance. The SE (Special Edition) line offers distinctive finishes, and the Orange Marble variant is produced in resin with a marbled pattern, making each pen visually slightly unique.
