Pelikan M730 and D730 Sterling Silver

The early ‘90s were all about glitz and bling, and this trend was seen in luxury items including fountain pens. Design-wise, the M730n moves away from its predecessor, the M710 Toledo, to focus on a sophisticated balance of resin and metal. The cap and piston ring feature sterling silver with a guilloche pattern, while the barrel comes in standard black resin complemented by the brand’s familiar green ink window. 

A mechanical pen with a similar design was also released. The Pelikan D730 features a guilloche-patterned sterling silver cap which, when twisted, reveals its .5 lead.
