Pelikan M1000 Renaissance Brown

Art during the Renaissance presented a more realistic take on the world. From Da Vinci’s use of sfumato (soft shading) to Caravaggio’s mastery of chiaroscuro (contrasts), there was continuous experimentation in interpreting life through light and shadow. 

This was the inspiration behind the Pelikan M1000 Renaissance Brown released in 2024, with its strokes of beige and amber against swirls of dark brown and black. Compared to the two-ring design, this pen has slightly different rings on the cap and piston, as they were made from a single piece of metal.
