The fourth animal in the 12-year Chinese zodiac cycle, the rabbit is considered a symbol of adaptability and courteousness. Namiki features this fluffy creature in one of 12 rare fountain pen designs of the Yukari Zodiac Collection. Traditional maki-e techniques were used to depict two rabbits beneath pine branches against a polished black background sprinkled with gold powder. This flat-ended pen has gold-plated trims and a #10, two-toned, 18-karat gold nib carved with the peak of Mount Fuji.
