The Namiki Yukari Tropical Fish is inspired by the rich ecosystem in Japanese waters, featuring an angelfish swimming beneath the waves. Designed by master artisan Seiki Chida, it features the Togidashi Maki-e (burnished maki-e), which has a base of Hira Maki-e (flat maki-e) finished with several layers of urushi and burnished with a special charcoal.
