A popular geisha known for her beauty and shamisen skill in her era, her likeness from Kitagawa’s “The Geisha Tomimoto Toyohina” was recreated by Kokkokai artisans on the Namiki Ukiyo-e Toyohina Tomimoto fountain pen, where she’s depicted wearing ageboshi.
