Montblanc Heritage Collection Egyptomania Solitaire Doué

Montblanc’s Heritage Egyptomania collection is a homage to humankind’s milestones and to the brand’s storied legacy. Part of it is the Solitaire Doué, which features a blend of black precious resin and a palladium and ruthenium-coated metal barrel inscribed with passages from the “Book of the Dead”, a loose collection of texts placed in ancient burial chambers that listed spells to help the deceased cross to the afterlife. Its octagonal silhouette recreates the brand’s look from the 1920s, and its cap features hieroglyphs that translate to “White Stone Mountain”, pertaining to “Montblanc”.
