A legendary racer and entrepreneur, Enzo Ferrari founded the famous Italian luxury car brand that carried his name. He was called “The Engineer” and “The Wizard” due to his unrelenting determination to develop high-performance automobiles that would dominate on and off the track. While he had many controversies as a boss, his name endured on some of the world’s best vehicles and in his own Formula 1 team, Scuderia Ferrari. 

In honor of his automotive legacy, Montblanc released the Great Characters Characters Enzo Ferrari fountain pen in 2021. It was inspired by Rosso 70 Anni, the special red made for the 70th anniversary of Scuderia Ferrari. This is contrasted by chrome fittings and a ruthenium-coated clip inscribed with Enzo’s famous quote, “You cannot describe passion, you can only live it.” The 14-karat gold, rhodium-plated nib has the Ferrari 250 GTO steering wheel engraved on it.
