An upgraded version of the Montblanc 146 Romeo, the Montblanc 146 Romeo Doué features a platinum-plated cap paired with a teal-colored barrel. Inspired by Shakespeare’s tragic male protagonist, the cap is decorated with a rose and leaf motif taken from the play’s famous scene, where Romeo sees Juliet from her balcony. The solid Au 750 gold nib is etched with a knife piercing a heart bearing Romeo’s name, representing the story’s tragic ending.
