Montblanc 146 Burgundy Red

The Montblanc 146 is a step below the 149 and one of the brand’s oldest models. While slightly smaller than the Meisterstück flagship, it still offers top-tier performance with its piston-filling system and two-toned 14-karat gold nib. 

As the 146 was in production between the late 1940s and the early 1950s, many units still came in burgundy until the color was discontinued. In October 2025, however, Montblanc reissued this much-coveted red tint in their Meisterstück line, giving collectors the chance to enjoy the classic look in a modern body.
