Montblanc 145 Platinum Trim

The Montblanc 145 is a great way to be introduced to the Meisterstück line, especially if the 144 is too slim for your tastes. A smaller version of the Le Grand, the 145 is a cartridge/converter pen, making it a very convenient traveling companion as you can easily and safely replenish your ink supply. As with Meisterstück pens, its design is simple and straight-forward: a resin barrel, section, and cap. The 145 comes with either platinum or gold-coated trims and a 14K gold nib. This pen is a good and reliable workhorse, and many aficionados have a soft spot for it.
