First introduced in 1924, the Meisterstück became one of Montblanc’s most recognizable writing instrument lines. While the collection is most commonly associated with black precious resin, Montblanc has occasionally released alternative finishes and colors that offer a different interpretation of the classic design.
The Montblanc Meisterstück 145 Classique Burgundy presents the familiar Classique fountain pen silhouette in deep burgundy precious resin accented by gold-coated trim. The rich color highlights the pen’s shape and detailing while retaining the design elements associated with the Meisterstück line, including the Montblanc emblem set into the cap top and the cigar-shaped profile that has defined the collection for decades. The pen is fitted with a handcrafted 14-karat gold nib.
