“Pietra marina” is the Italian term for “seastone” and a popular name for locales and products in Italy. One example is the Pietramarina Archeological Area and Nature Park in Carmignano. Another is Pietra Marina Etna Bianco Superiore, a famous white wine made from grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna. 

The Leonardo Momento Zero Pietra Marina 2021 also carries this name. Each cartridge/converter pen is turned from one solid block of special resin, and features shades of deep blue, brown, and red complemented by gold-colored trims.
